Type specimen: UA-10602, a mandible (mandibular fragment with three teeth). Its type locality is Ambondromahabo, M-8, which is in a Bathonian terrestrial horizon in the Isalo IIIb Formation of Madagascar.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at Ambondromahabo, M-8
