Sister taxon: Galloatherix completus
Type specimen: MNHN ARC 130, a wing. Its type locality is Charentese amber, Archingeay-Les-Nouillers, subunit A1sl-A, which is in an Albian terrestrial amber in France.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Charentese amber, Archingeay-Les-Nouillers, subunit A1sl-A
