•The Honda Group is constrained by radiometric and paleomagnetic evidence to between approximately 13.5 Ma–11.8 Ma (Flynn et al., 1996; Guerrero, 1996; Madden et al., 1996).

Environment/lithology: terrestrial; brown, gray claystone and sandstone

• Gray to brownish shaley clays between concretionary sandstones
