Environment/lithology: open shallow subtidal; unlithified marl

• Allochthonous near shore accumulations that preserve material from the adjacent shallow marine habitats (estimated paleo-depth distinctly less than 50 m)
• Several layers of marl and marly limestone closely packed with bryozoan rubble. Unlithified based on sieving.
