Type specimen: CNU-PHA-NN2012002, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Liutiaogou Village, Dashuangmiao Town (CNU collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China.


Distribution: found only at Liutiaogou Village, Dashuangmiao Town (CNU collection)
