Type specimen: IVPP V10259, a tooth. Its type locality is Lok. 7, Shang-Ho, Jen-Tsun, Mien-Chih-Hsien, Yuanqu basin, which is in a Sharamurunian terrestrial marl in the Hedi Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Lok. 7, Shang-Ho, Jen-Tsun, Mien-Chih-Hsien, Yuanqu basin
