Type specimen: IVAU PI 262, a tooth (M1 sup. dext.). Its type locality is Chomateri, which is in a Miocene fluvial siltstone/claystone in the Pikermi Formation of Greece.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore-insectivore

Distribution:

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
