- Gigantochersina ammon: CGM 8130, a partial skeleton (nearly complete carapace and plastron). Its type locality is NNW of Birket Qarun, which is in a Rupelian fluvial horizon in the Jebel Qatrani Formation of Egypt.
- Testudo beadnelli: CGM 8773, an osteoderm. Its type locality is NNW of Birket Qarun, which is in a Rupelian fluvial horizon in the Jebel Qatrani Formation of Egypt.
