Type specimen: Unviersity of Vienna collection (lost), a set of vertebrae (dorsal vertebra). Its type locality is Barda Alarcón, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial sandstone in the Candeleros Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Barda Alarcón
