Type specimen: FC-DPV 1181, a partial skeleton (incl. lower jaws). Its type locality is Colonia Orozco, which is in a Triassic fluvial siliciclastic/conglomerate in the Buena Vista Formation of Uruguay.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Colonia Orozco
