Type specimen: CNHM (FMNH) UR 824, a maxilla (partial maxilla with two canine and two postcanine teeth). Its type locality is Locality KAC (Lower Flowerpot Shale), which is in a Kungurian/Roadian fluvial claystone/sandstone in the San Angelo Formation of Texas.
Ecology: carnivore
Distribution: found only at Locality KAC (Lower Flowerpot Shale)
