Type specimen: STMN 26-3, a partial skeleton (incomplete skeleton preserving partial skul and mandible and filamentous integumentary structures). Its type locality is Daxishan, Linglongta, which is in a Bathonian/Kimmeridgian lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Tiaojishan Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Daxishan, Linglongta
