Sister taxon: Toliapina lawsoni

Type specimen: AV-700-Ph, a tooth (right [upper] M1). Its type locality is UCMP V6168, Avenay quarry, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Lignites de Soissonais Formation of France.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore-omnivore

Distribution: found only at UCMP V6168, Avenay quarry
