Type specimen: SAN P26554, a test. Its type locality is Tortachilla Limestone - St Vincent Basin, which is in an Eocene/Eocene marine horizon in the Tortachilla Limestone Formation of Australia.

Ecology: slow-moving shallow infaunal deposit feeder-detritivore

Distribution:

• Oligocene of Australia (3 collections)

• Eocene of Australia (1)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
