Type specimen: NMV P100503, a test. Its type locality is Port Campbell Limestone, which is in a Miocene carbonate limestone in the Port Campbell Limestone Formation of Australia.

Ecology: slow-moving shallow infaunal deposit feeder-detritivore

Distribution: found only at Port Campbell Limestone
