Type specimen: USNM 534339. Its type locality is GCM, Slate Ridge [Andrews Mtn Mbr, Campito Fm], which is in a Begadean deep subtidal sandstone in the Campito Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution: found only at GCM, Slate Ridge [Andrews Mtn Mbr, Campito Fm]
