Type specimen: UALP 5264, a set of vertebrae (single caudal vertebra lacking the neural spine). Its type locality is Swisshelm Mts. amphibian site, which is in a Westphalian A/Westphalian B shallow subtidal limestone in the Black Prince Limestone Formation of Arizona.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Swisshelm Mts. amphibian site
