• Procolophon brasiliensis: MCN PV 1905, a partial skull (incl. lower jaws; skull roof and posterior part of skull and jaws missing). Its type locality is Rincão dos Weiss, which is in an Induan/Olenekian fluvial conglomerate/sandstone in the Sanga do Cabral Formation of Brazil.
• Procolophon cuneiceps: a specimen in the BMNH, a partial skull. Its type locality is Donnybrook (Queenstown District), which is in an Induan/Olenekian fluvial mudstone in the Katberg Formation of South Africa.
• Procolophon griersoni: a specimen in the BMNH, a partial skull. Its type locality is Donnybrook (Queenstown District), which is in an Induan/Olenekian fluvial mudstone in the Katberg Formation of South Africa.

• Procolophon platyrhinus: BMNH R3766, a skull. Its type locality is Fernrocks near Tafelberg Station, which is in an Induan/Olenekian fluvial siliciclastic in the Katberg Formation of South Africa.
• Procolophon pricei: UFRGS PV 0231T, a partial skull (incl. partial mandible). Its type locality is Campo da Pedra, which is in an Induan/Olenekian fluvial conglomerate in the Sanga do Cabral Formation of Brazil.
