Type specimen: MACN-N 164, a tooth (right upper molar with broken roots). Its type locality is Cerrito del Mamifero, Los Alamitos vertebrates, middle section, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Los Alamitos Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Cerrito del Mamifero, Los Alamitos vertebrates, middle section
