Type specimen: MLP 91-IV-1-22, a mandible (left mandibular fragment). Its type locality is Cañadon del Tordillo, which is in a Colloncuran terrestrial tuff in the Collón Cura Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial herbivore
Distribution: found only at Cañadon del Tordillo
