Type specimen: IPS-46196, a set of teeth (left m3). Its type locality is Mazaterón, which is in a Bartonian lacustrine marl/sandstone in the Mazaterón Formation of Spain.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution: found only at Mazaterón
