Type specimen: P65694, a tooth. Its type locality is Ringstead Bay, Weymouth, which is in a Kimmeridgian/Tithonian marine horizon in the Kimmeridge Clay Formation of the United Kingdom.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Ringstead Bay, Weymouth
