Type specimen: PIN 718/5, a forewing. Its type locality is Turgay depression (PIN collection 718), which is in a Jurassic/Jurassic lacustrine siliciclastic in the Kushmurun Formation of Kazakhstan.

Distribution: found only at Turgay depression (PIN collection 718)
