Type specimen: UCMP 31414 and 31415 (cotypes). Its type locality is UCMP 3609, east of Mount Diablo, which is in a Ypresian coastal sandstone in the Meganos Formation of California.

• Eocene of United States (5: California, Washington collections)

Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
