Type specimen: OU 6772. Its type locality is Locality B. south edge of Louisiana, which is in a Hirnantian sand shoal limestone in the Noix Limestone Formation of Missouri.

Distribution:

• Ordovician of United States (4: Missouri, Oklahoma collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
