Type specimen: PIN 2195/3009, a shell. Its type locality is Aravan River, SW of Yangi-Kurgan, 470 m east of Koksarau Mt., Sample 8, Fergana, which is in an Alportian/Kinderscoutian offshore shelf limestone in Uzbekistan.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
