Sister taxa: Horderleyella fragilis, Horderleyella kegelensis

Type specimen: CPI 6561, a valve (Internal mould of dorsal valve). Its type locality is Ticara Creek C3, which is in a Burrellian marine sandstone in the Calapuja Formation of Peru.

Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Peru (2 collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
