Type specimen: IVPP V14615.1, a tooth (Left M1). Its type locality is Huheboerhe-Nuhetingboerhe (AS-1), which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Arshanto Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Huheboerhe-Nuhetingboerhe (AS-1)
