Type specimen: UO 21716, a tooth (left M1). Its type locality is Juniper Creek (UO 2469), which is in a Hemphillian terrestrial horizon in Oregon.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Juniper Creek (UO 2469)
