Sister taxon: Incamys bolivianus

Type specimen: MPEF-PV 10685, a tooth (left isolated m3). Its type locality is Cabeza Blanca, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial shale/claystone in the Sarmiento Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Cabeza Blanca
