Type specimen: MPEF-PV 3560, a mandible (right mandibular fragment with p4-m3). Its type locality is El Petiso, which is in a Langhian terrestrial tuff in Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at El Petiso
