Sister taxa: Cleotrivia javana, Cleotrivia pilula, Niveria (Cleotrivia) globosa, Niveria (Cleotrivia) occidentalis

Type specimen: HNC 57306, a shell. Its type locality is 5.5-9 km northeast of Estepona, which is in a Zanclean marine conglomerate in the Velerin Conglomerates Formation of Spain.

Ecology: epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Pliocene of Spain (4 collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
