Type specimen: MNHN J04456, a shell. Its type locality is Tuilerie de Gan (O'Gorman collection), which is in a Ypresian offshore shelf marl/claystone in the Marnes de Gan Formation of France.

Ecology: epifaunal omnivore-grazer

Distribution: found only at Tuilerie de Gan (O'Gorman collection)
