Type specimen: NHMW 2013/0076/0004, a tooth. Its type locality is Builstyn Khudag, section BUK-A, layer 12 &14, which is in a Miocene dry floodplain sandstone/mudstone in the Loh Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Builstyn Khudag, section BUK-A, layer 12 &14
