Type specimen: IVPP V20259, a tooth. Its type locality is Wulanhuxiu - layer 4, which is in an Irdinmanhan terrestrial mudstone in the Ulan Shireh Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at Wulanhuxiu - layer 4
