Type specimen: IVPP V2666, a maxilla. Its type locality is IVPP loc. 72041, which is in an Eocene terrestrial conglomerate in the Xinyu Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at IVPP loc. 72041
