Type specimen: NNMNH P-31100, an osteoderm (left dorsal paramedian osteoderm). Its type locality is NMMNH L-4211, Apache Canyon, which is in a Norian channel lag conglomerate/mudstone in the Redonda Formation of New Mexico.

Ecology: herbivore

Distribution: found only at NMMNH L-4211, Apache Canyon
