Type specimen: GMPKU-P-1080, a skull (a complete skull exposed its dorsal and palatal views). Its type locality is Yangjuan Village, Xinmin District, which is in a Pelsonian marine horizon in the Guanling Formation of China.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Yangjuan Village, Xinmin District
