Belongs to Hylonomus according to Fritsch 1883
Sister taxa: Hylonomus latidens, Hylonomus lyelli, Hylonomus wymani
Type specimen: CGH (unnumbered) (maxilla and lower jaw). Its type locality is Nyrany, which is in a Westphalian D lacustrine coal in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Nyrany
