Belongs to Chelonarium according to V. I. Alekseev and A. Bukejs 2021
Sister taxa: Chelonarium andabata, Chelonarium dominicanum
Type specimen: MAIG 6696, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (University of Gdansk MAI collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Baltic Amber (University of Gdansk MAI collection)
