Type specimen: USNM 19205, a mandible (mandible with P4M1-2). Its type locality is La Barge, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial mudstone in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution: found only at La Barge
