Type specimen: FCEN-I-M 202, a carapace. Its type locality is Huantraico (CP-6), which is in a Danian marine limestone in the Roca Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Huantraico (CP-6)
