Type specimen: PU 14782, a mandible (left mandible with alveoli for I1-2 C P2, and the crowns of P3-4 M1-3). Its type locality is Rock Bench Quarry, which is in a Torrejonian terrestrial horizon in Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal herbivore

Distribution:

• Paleocene of United States (5: Wyoming collections)

Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
