Sister taxa: Trogolemur amplior, Trogolemur myodes, Trogolemur storeri

Type specimen: CM 41152, a mandible (right dentary fragment preserving M2 (broken), M3, and distal part of root of I1). Its type locality is Davis Ranch, which is in a Bridgerian fluvial-lacustrine mudstone in the Wind River Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal herbivore

Distribution: found only at Davis Ranch
