Type specimen: USNM 22456, a mandible (left and right mandibular rami). Its type locality is La Barge, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial mudstone in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: scansorial carnivore
Distribution: found only at La Barge
