Type specimen: GSI K20/614, K20/613, K27/696, a set of vertebrae. Its type locality is Bara Simla, Jabalpur [Carnosaur Bed], which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Lameta Formation of India.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Bara Simla, Jabalpur [Carnosaur Bed]
