Type specimen: SMNK 2349 PAL, a set of postcrania. Its type locality is Araripina region (general), which is in an Aptian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal mudstone/limestone in the Romualdo Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Araripina region (general)
