Type specimen: GMV 2128, a skeleton (Relatively complete skeleton). Its type locality is Sihetun, Yixian bed 8, which is in a Barremian/Aptian lacustrine siltstone/mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China.

Ecology: volant insectivore

Distribution: found only at Sihetun, Yixian bed 8
