Type specimen: RAM 6908, a maxilla (right maxilla with P4-M3). Its type locality is Laudate, which is in a Tiffanian fluvial conglomerate/sandstone in the Goler Formation of California.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution:

• Paleocene of United States (5: California, Montana collections)

Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
