Type specimen: WNUG specimen no. 78Sh001, a partial skull (Fragmentary skull and jaws). Its type locality is Shimen Commune (lower bed), which is in a Paleocene terrestrial mudstone in the Fangou Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Shimen Commune (lower bed)
